GMIST is proud to be working with the New Brunswick Cultural Coast on this years Tourism Forum to be held at the KC Irving Centre in Bouctouche, NB on March 21st. The Forum will be hosting two keynote speakers as part of the day. The Bonavista Institute for Cultural Tourism is once again a strong supporter of the forum and will be sponsoring the first speaker Beth Kelly Hatt, who will be sharing the message of working together in partnerships to not only strengthen your own business but also the destination. The second keynote will be Dave Carroll who will be sharing his story of a broken guitar and how he took on United Airlines as part of a larger message on customer service and the need to connect with your consumer in meaningful ways.
