Webinar: Understanding Consumer Mindset
The COVID-19 pandemic has had a substantial impact on economies around the world, and as we learned from 2020 – recovery in the tourism sector may take a while.

How then do we move forward? What do we need to understand about our current consumer’s mindset when it comes to travel? How must we adapt to these new realities?

The Tourism Industry Association of Prince Edward Island with support from ACOA engaged MQO Research to conduct multi-phase research looking at the shifting consumer mindsets of residents of Atlantic Canada, Quebec and Ontario since the pandemic began in March 2020. Lianne Sarson, VP Research and Engagment for MQO Research and Meghan Miller, Research Consultant, will outline what we have learned about the consumer mindset since this research began, and what we might do as a region to respond to those trends.
